We offer custom beef shares for $8.25 per lb (whole) or $8.50 per lb (half) on the hanging weight. This includes the cost of the butcher. Our butcher can do fully custom cut sheets to meet your preferences. We will work with you over the phone to ensure you get all the cuts you want. Contact Rob (862) 485-7194 for more info.
